St. George, UT – Gateway to Zion National Park

St. George is the largest gateway city to Zion National Park. It is home to the St. George Utah municipal airport, near Lake Mead and Las Vegas to the west, and host to the Utah Shakespeare Festival.

The St. George Marathon has been a popular running event for the last 35+ years, and St. George also plays host to numerous triathlons and other outdoor activities.

St. George is located about 42 miles from the main entrance to Zion National Park and about 300 miles from Salt Lake City.
